11. Referral Program
Our Referral Program allows individuals to recommend Better Call Moving’s services to others and receive a reward or credit, subject to the following conditions:
Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form provided by Better Call Moving. All referral details must be accurate and submitted prior to the referred customer’s booking or move date.
Rewards are issued only after the referred customer has completed a qualifying move with Better Call Moving and full payment has been received. The Company reserves the right to verify all referral details and decline any submissions that do not meet the requirements.
Better Call Moving does not accept or process any referral claims made via phone, email, or web submissions after the referred customer’s move has been completed or after the booking has been finalized.
Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
